Ive noticed a trend in Malaysian urban youths these days that is quite frankly, disturbing. It really gets under my skin somehow.

Drama queens
All this "I'm so sad I just want to die," "My parents hate me because I'm so ugly" "I cut myself last night, want to see the scars? Im so lonely etc

People, particularly youths these days, actually think its cool being depressed. They hang out, go to concerts together, wear heavy mascara, do drugs and claim theyre depressed. Hmmm

Lawl this is so true. Anyway to fight depression is find something to fill up your free time like everyone said.

I always find the company of friends, music, alcohol, computer games, 'angry gym session' a very good way to fight depression though.

I get the so tired that I don't give a crap feeling just need some time to sleep it off. Of coz unless I had too much caffeine.
