QUOTE(hazril @ Mar 7 2009, 01:36 AM) go for maxxis victra or something like that...can ask jenal for recommendations.....per piece if not mistaken around 175... MAXXIS Victra MA-Z1...i can help get around RM170-175 per tyre for 195/55/R15...usually kedai jual RM185... thread like Eagle F1, perform almost similar to eagle F1 in wet condition n in dry grips almost like Toyo T1R... Been using this tyre for daily driving n also for Sepang Drag Battle and Jempol Sprint Test last year... QUOTE(Beeblue85 @ Mar 8 2009, 02:47 PM) Guys, i newbie in this thread. Please give me some advise. Last year i been modified my Gen 2 1.6 auto simple exhaust setup. i just modified the 4-2-1 setup extractor and take out the original 4-1 with Cat.Con and i added a bullet after the original midbox. The original S-flow muffler i still kept it in place. throw your midbox n place ur bullet at the center position of the car...better pickup...The problem is i felt the exhaust flow is not that smooth and fuel consumption was not improved. But can feel the low end torque improved a bit. However High end torque and top speed were reduced. I also relocated the O2 sensor already. Please any sifu here can give me some advise? anyway it is normal that the fuel is not really improved in some cases...mostly it is caused by our right foot... install a fuel pressure regulator to help in this kind of situation... |

the fpr is used to ensure the correct amount of fuel is supplied to the engine for combustion...there is no such thing as set to high performance or low performance...
u mod other setting towards hi perf. n the fpr is adjusted to suit the setup... |

QUOTE(Dovienya @ Mar 10 2009, 01:13 PM) Sorry Sorry... mistake mistake... Item A - this is the cat con...yes it is a device used to reduce the toxicity of emissions from an internal combustion engine. some sort of a filter that oxidize unburnt hydrocarbons to carbon dioxide and wateWhat I was refering to is 1. Item-A = most people will change to aftermarket exhaust as they claims there is a "filter"-thing in the original setup that reduces the overall horsepower. 2. Item-B = most auto gearbox will have this. It convert some horsepower as replacement for clutchs (?). Sorry, my mistake.. forgot what they mean, so refer to both items as catcon.. sorry sorry. Item B - aaaaaaa got ka? dont think so la...anyway i noob in auto gb so please pardon me |

if u want the angel eye with good quality, go for WRC ampang...their goods are of better quality and the inverter is bigger n last longer than the ones used by automotive genesis...even the ccfl ring from WRC is a bit thicker...price wise i think the same more or less...
furthermore, WRC use some stand to fix the angel eye so it looks nicer la...haha n please dont ask me where WRC ampang is...i dunno the place exactly...just that i've installed mine n compared to a friend from WRC n my inverter has blown for 2 months still no stock to claim for warranty(not from automotive genesis but same item used by them) Added on March 11, 2009, 8:29 amfor the stabilizer bar, yes u cant feel the difference that much for a daily driving but if ure in for some rough driving habit, it does proof to be useful.. most important is the 3 item, front n back strut bar n the anti roll bar...if ure tight on budget, get the front n back strut only first...it do stiffens the car handling... i dont really recommend a 3 point UR bar...2 point is enuff as for 3 point, the handling would be stiff n good but if in case ure involved in an accident(finger crossed) it can caused ur chassis to bend a bit...
