K&N drop-in air filter&performance sparks&cables is definitely on d list...but those voltage stabilizers; they doesnt bring any significant changes rite...

Is there anythin can be done with d stock ECU? i find d ratios for AT campro really sucks...d torque dip... sweat.gif

since my dad seldom revv d car gao gao (or sometimes even left d car undriven 4 few days)..felt d car already like a turtle... shud i get a bottle of those d'carbonizer/etc to 'cleanse' d engine? laugh.gif

plan to change that next month. Is in KL , u may pm the seller also. I bought air filter from him before brand redline RM130, recommended. biggrin.gif

extractor they all suggest use branded 1, hoho~~ muffler putus, exactly same like mine.!!... catalyst converter changed? change to what d.. taken out d? or change another new catcon. Mine is auto, my setup is 4-2-1 hotbits to Gen2 original midbox to 1 rimus midbox(to replace catcon and maintain back pressure) then Sflow muffler.

Im going to install HPPC and Iridium and Coil this thursday. The voltage stabilizer, i was told vs has no significant different to performance, unless u play with amplifier/ headlamps those only install.

just do a simple mod bro...
1. extractor change to 4-2-1 wegow or r3 header oso can...wegow is rm250 with installation in seremban...if u want r3 i plan to sell mine at RM250 installation not inclusive...
2. throw ur standard midbox n change to a straight bullet...not swirl one...
3. everco s-flow muffler...
4. fuel pressure regulator do it at our place confirm 100% satisfaction guaranteed...RM480 sekali bayar n warranty 1 year...free tuned after that or if item faulty no nid to pay to take it out n fix it back for warranty claim...
5. large snorkel with drop in filter...
6. smaller piping eg 1.6"

all above cost less than RM2000...u wanna test drive a car with all mods above done? contact ahlong...he is staying in gombak n he can let u drive his car...n his car is auto...

do u know where is the cat con located? its at the engine bay...after the engine head u will see the cover right? that is where the catcon located...the muffle @ ekzos belakang is not the catcon...

lighten crank can be used...but do all basic mod i mention above first...if u still not satisfied oni then add lighten crank n adjustable cam pulley etc...dont simply waste ur money on things u'll regret later...

spark cables oso important...as for the plug...try look for autolite double platinum

bro...throw ur standard midbox n put the rimus between the fender area n ur car middle section...senang citer letak depan sket...too many midbox ur car 'sebu' plus u already have the s-flow...

Autolite double platinum spark plugs? Better than denso iridium plugs? I need to change my standard plugs because due aldy.

There's a seller that sells new IT20 plugs and will re-gap to 0.8mm from the standard 1.1mm gap for better spark thus better performance. Quite interested to buy from him.

Any experience using a 0.8mm re-gap plugs compared to standard 1.1mm iridium plugs?

i would just say just buy autolite double platinum is good enuff...

price around 60-100 for 1 set...

anyway like i said...whatever u do, make sure u've done all the basic mod...or else no point wasting ur money for some very little effect...

Full_Throttle - how did u know the catcon spoilt? if baes on the muffler, of course a standard gen2 muffler will rust n putus if u dont throw away the catcon...this is due to the fact that its purpose is to oxidized unburnt hydrocarbons (HC) to carbon dioxide and water n minimize the pollution.

that is why a stock muffler would easily rust n fell off...so instead of replacing a catcon with a new catcon, better u change to aftermarket 4-2-1 header or else u'll have to face the problems of midbox fiber also fell off the sarang n repeated muffler tip bocor...

after basic mod like i mentioned before...a persona AT went for a dyno just recently n at the graph the torque dip is not that obvious...even if there is, it is very little

pokgaizai - since ure using s-flow, it wont be bising...if it is bising pon sebab carbon tak cukup padat lagi dlm midbox n muffler box...use for a while n it should be ok...if u change to straight flow oni ur car will bising...

now u have a standard midbox...rimus midbox...s-flow(also have a box there)...so u got 3 box to maintain the backpressure??? rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Just installed Quadqore HPPC and RAM coil + NGK iridium.
Pickup big big improvement. biggrin.gif Dono which 1 is really doing their job well ...since i change 3 together.. flex.gif

and theres this... i bring this straight flow muffler go exhaust shop today...

yea, i bought from NSR/RON, you got the budget you go fix em... nice biggrin.gif:D

the muffler if fix , either is outside of the bumper, or point downwards to the ground.... which is very awful,,,
normal muffler is pointing straight mah, some is pointing sideway...

that is original MME edition rim comes with conti sport contact 1 195/50/16...

where to find? R3 sure no more stock...

go find any MME owners and still using stock standard rim n beg him to sell his rim to u la hahah...

anyway this rim 'JRD Comel' is 'heavy'...enuff said... laugh.gif
