Added on December 10, 2007, 8:25 pmno lar...they said the talks are preliminary stages only - think CME would be a bit silly to pay rm 20 per share for BURSA; apparently they came to BURSA after being unsuccessful in buying a stake in singapore stock exchange (if I'm not mistaken)

0.25 % cut seems more logical rather than 0.5%. well, seems like us market is really in trouble.
