QUOTE(beginner @ Dec 4 2007, 05:00 PM)
anybody knows about this company?
MALAYSIA PACIFIC CORP BHD

Symbol & Code : MPCORP (6548)

1st Quarter EPS 30cents, trading at 60cents only.
something's not right... or is it a super bargain deal?
*
The EPS 30cents came about after a revaluation surplus of RM58 million from its office building and shoplots. Without this pure accounting tactics its EPS would be around -1.88cents and a negative capital (90cents out of every dollar)
