Hi, any owners/residents of Pelangi Damansara apartment here? Have you all been facing any problem with your unit like defects/water leakage/wall cracks etc after living so many years??

I’m interested to this project but I read some comments from propwall saying that the developer MKH is not that good in terms of workmanship back then...

appreciate if any owners/residents can share your experience. thanks
