If you want metal sleeves, the electonics shop near tesco extra has, but they call it braiding. The only thing that really sucks is that what I've seen them stock is pretty narrow, just wide enough to sleeve fan cables but little else.

Currently I can only find 2mm acrylic, but I know of a few places where its possible to get thicker acylic and possibly even acrylic block. Just haven't had time to check them out, hoping to go this few days during CNY hols.

yeah, to maintain shiny alu casing abit hard la. moreover if u like to move/upgrade ur hardware frequently.
later too many finger prints all over ur casing. the case interior is the critical part...

Not really, brushed aluminium doesn't pick up fingerprints easily. Usually its acylic and glossy paint (I should know, my case can see reflections wan).

Or how about this, we do it in stages, less kanceong lo. Meet up every 2 weeks/1 month, and each time we do it differently. How about that? That way less trouble and pressure to settle everything in one night.

1st pic is the OC result stable at 3.7ghz,
2nd pic is super pi result at 3.8ghz which is not tat stable,
no time to tweak it to make it stable,
