whos here have implement ujrah 1% in their statement? i have submit my application for ujrah..the thing that we go to LHDN to mati setem, and all the agreement on how much we have to pay for a month using ujrah. but until now still no news..and i dun no when the ujrah will start deduct my salary.anyone here?

155,343 PTPTN borrowers defaulted on RM929m loans

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 12): At total of 155,343 recipients of National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) loans have yet to repay their loans totalling RM929.53 million as of last Oct 31, the Dewan Negara was told on Monday.

I didnt submit my employer details when applying for Ujrah....

I make myself to pay back every 6 months one sump of money....

I thought it's one of the criteria in order to qualify for Ujrah.

Untuk makluman, jumlah RMX.XX ialah untuk tujuan bayaran insurans.

Untuk makluman, kos insurans tersebut dicajkan kepada setiap peminjam PTPTN bertujuan untuk melindungi jumlah pembiayaan pinjaman sekiranya berlaku apa-apa perkara kepada peminjam.Ianya juga sama sepertimana pembiayaan yang dibuat kepada pihak bank.Untuk makluman tuan, kos insurans ini telah dinyatakan didalam perjanjian pinjaman PTPTN yang telah ditandatangani dan dipersetujui oleh pihak peminjam.Ianya dinyatakan didalam perkara 4 perjanjian PTPTN iaitu:

¿Untuk melindungi kepentingan PERBADANAN akibat kematian atau apa-apa kecacatan kekal yang dialami oleh PELAJAR disepanjang tempoh pengajian dan tempoh bayaran balik pinjaman tersebut, PERBADANAN adalah berhak mengikut budibicara mutlaknya mengambil dan memenuhi apa-apa prosedur bagi mengambil termasuk memberikan akad bagi pihak PELAJAR perlindungan insurans yang mencukupi untuk menampung sepenuhnya kos pinjaman tersebut yang dikeluarkan kepada PELAJAR daripada penawar pakej insurans yang diluluskan oleh PERBADANAN dan PELAJAR adalah dikehendaki menanggung semua kos tersebut sumbangan bagi perlindungan insurans tersebut. PELAJAR adalah dengan ini memberI persetujuan yang tidak boleh dibatalkan untuk membenarkan PERBADANAN memotong terus kos perlindungan insurans ini mengikut kaedah yang ditetapkan oleh PERBADANAN daripada Pinjaman tersebut  yang dikeluarkan oleh PERBADANAN kepada PELAJAR¿.

u no nid fill in employer details but u still nid to sign the form to potong gaji although u chose the option to pay by urself

For those successfull applied and those going to apply, I got few questions

1) I got my tawaran dated on July, doest it still valid now?
2) The tawaran is started to calculate from June 2008 with balance of xxx, need to pay yyy from June 2008. So i need to pay back the amount since from June 2008 which 36 months (3 years) x yyy(monthly paymenet).
3) There is a slip for potongan gaji or no working. How soon ur company will deduct ur money? or the take from ur kwsp? I going to resign, so how should i repay the remaining money?
4) Where u ppl go to find saksi around KL area? wakil rakyat etc......
5) Any hotline to contact the ptptn ppl.

hi, i already downloaded those documents, only thing is wait for me to fill in and submit.
but the surat tawaran is on july....
Already called them, my tawaran still valid as long not affter the due date 31st dec. For the potongan gaji, she said just need majikan stamp and sign only but nv mention who who to do.
Those amount being paid after 2008 will be auto deduct from the balance.
Now only thing is to find saksi, where to find on in KL?

i thought the space for saksi will filled in by ptptn right? coz if im not mistaken me n my friends didnt fill that in.if only we filled, we just exchange each others forms to be saksi.gonna look back on my copy of agreement somehow
