Regarding the 1% rate, I heard some my friends said is not worth. Reason is the 1% is base on term calcuation and the total repay amount is fixed, just like the car loan. The the term is also long which end up a lot of interest in it.
If paying using standard, you can more to reduce the prinsiple so interest will lesser and if got more money u can settle it faster.
Please correct if wrong.

I got the 1% approval. But there is form u need to filled up, but I see got column potongan majikan. What if I don't want potong from my majikan?
I not sure want to take up this offer or not, or just pay as little as possible base on standard as long no black list me.

But this is make things more complex. What if I change job? The 1% is base on total repayment period. So if i pay more will the interest lesser? This calculation is base like car loan or housing loan?
Lastly how they calculate the 4% intereste? base on monthly or yearly? Thank you

mmm, the 1% is base on fix period. 3% is not big, but if u dun repay interest will higher. By the time u pay, is only u paying the interest instead the principal.
I think i will opt for standard 3%. I can choose pay quarterly in lum sum. At least it won't effect my cash flow.

I pay randomly. Just put money anytime. But problem is the interest. How they calculate the interest.
But the 1% also subjective, bcoz they started to calculate from certain time, mine is from 2008.....

hi my surat tawaran is stated on july. Am i eligible to apply now?
I check my balance is about 61k, but the offer is starts from 2008 jun balance which is 58k. It stated mula bayar from jun 2008, now is 2011 so i need to pay the balance in lamsum?
I going to resign this month. I wonder how I can get my company to potong my salary?

For those successfull applied and those going to apply, I got few questions

1) I got my tawaran dated on July, doest it still valid now?
2) The tawaran is started to calculate from June 2008 with balance of xxx, need to pay yyy from June 2008. So i need to pay back the amount since from June 2008 which 36 months (3 years) x yyy(monthly paymenet).
3) There is a slip for potongan gaji or no working. How soon ur company will deduct ur money? or the take from ur kwsp? I going to resign, so how should i repay the remaining money?
4) Where u ppl go to find saksi around KL area? wakil rakyat etc......
5) Any hotline to contact the ptptn ppl.

Already called them, my tawaran still valid as long not affter the due date 31st dec. For the potongan gaji, she said just need majikan stamp and sign only but nv mention who who to do.
Those amount being paid after 2008 will be auto deduct from the balance.
Now only thing is to find saksi, where to find on in KL?

As for company potongan, can i ask any of my boss to sign? or can curi sign myself...... i got the cop just fiill in the name and tandatangan...

my HR don't want to sign. she asked question on how the income tax to potong the gaji, etc..... bcoz no black and white from ptptn to the company so difficult to convience them.
