Getting Started

|
Spoke with PTPTN staff just now.
If you want to make monthly payment by manual, better start paying on 7hb until 27hb since early month from 1-7hb, they are busy with closing account.
So if you pay early month, the payment update will take time

Prior to March this i had owe 4 months. Then until October , it is 4 months + 7 months If let's say i pay 2 months worth of PTPTN on that month, is it become 2+7 or 4+5 ?

They mentioned that their CCRIS department is aware of this issue and is rectifying it. They requested to check again on the 15th of Nov to see whether its rectified.

QUOTE(crusher @ Dec 25 2020, 02:34 PM) Your loan detailed statement should tell you something. See if there's the word "Ujrah". If no, then it'll very likely be conventional. This post has been edited by GrumpyNooby: Dec 25 2020, 02:35 PM
