Spoke with PTPTN staff just now.

If you want to make monthly payment by manual, better start paying on 7hb until 27hb since early month from 1-7hb, they are busy with closing account.

So if you pay early month, the payment update will take time

Let's say there is deferment from March to December.

Prior to March this i had owe 4 months.
Then until October , it is 4 months + 7 months
If let's say i pay 2 months worth of PTPTN on that month,
is it become 2+7 or 4+5 ?

Anyone having same isssue? I've reported to them and pending their reply.

Just an update. Called their customer service line. They mentioned that their CCRIS department is aware of this issue and is rectifying it. They requested to check again on the 15th of Nov to see whether its rectified.

Almost 30% of PTPTN borrowers still repaying loan despite deferment

PETALING JAYA: Despite being offered the chance to defer payments, around 28% of National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers are still servicing their loans.

The corporation said that, until October this year, over 422,600 borrowers have opted to continue repaying their study loans.

It said a total of RM595.25mil has been collected so far, with RM103.03mil being collected in October.

This is a nearly 174% increase compared to April 2020 when RM37.65mil was collected.

Your loan detailed statement should tell you something.

See if there's the word "Ujrah". If no, then it'll very likely be conventional.
