e-Banker, Bank Islam Corporate Internet Banking

PTPTN uses IBG from BI to CIMB.

So did you receive back the refund amount already?

Yes.

How long is the whole process took ya?
Since you apply until you receive the amount credited into your bank account.

I request from website on 10/01/2019.
Received on 18/01/2019.

Since direct debit has no more discount, better pay manually every month and enjoy credit cards cash back.

For those who have made full settlement recently, do they mail the settlement to you?

1. Snail mail to mailing address OR
2. Soft copy to your email

Or they expect you to login to their portal to save a copy on your own?

Nothing sent to me, either physical or soft copy.

Yes, I believe they expect us to save a copy on our own or walk-in to nearest PTPTN office to get from them.

Bolded ones for my case but this was way back in Nov 2016.

When you owed them money, they send you love letter either snail mail or email.

Yeah. I don't remember receiving hard copy letter via snail mail or email at all.

In my case, it was emailed to me by the officer that assisted me in getting everything settled.

The officer who took care of my case seems like MIA.
She promised to do it by mid-January but now it's already end of the month.

same, was told that I will receive email & snail mail to confirm that I've made full payment last November but haven't received it till now.

Based on feedback by several people here, apparently no such practice.
