hi guys.
tmr i will walk in and see how is the procedure to entitle for the 20% discount.
perhaps someone mentioned to pay all and then inform ptptn?

but if it's a concrete way of doing it, shall just pin it to first post.

Actually you don't need to walk-in, just call careline (wait until it's picked up) or pick any of the Sales Executives here: https://www.ptptn.gov.my/seksyen-careline-side

Then tell the officer you are interested to do full settlement, he/she will be glad to assist you (I think they have commission). Then, you will be given with their mobile no. for further conversation in WhatsApp and will send you everything via WhatsApp. You just follow the steps that are advised and after your full settlement, this officer will send you the full settlement letter. If you walk-in, the officer who attends to you will also give you mobile no.

David83, how's your payment via EPF? Is it completed now? When will you get the full settlement letter?

According to the officer I was assigned to, I can only get it around second week of Jan.
*
So how's your EPF status? is everything done and the money already transfer to PTPTN?
How long is it to take?
Do you mind share when did you started to apply and thumb print and completed it?

Once I received SMS, I went to EPF centre on the same day. I asked the officer after she finished processing my case, she told me 21 working days. Based on others' experience, I know it won't take so long. So I asked her if it's taking that long because I want to make use of 20% discount by end of the year, she smiled and said should be no issue by this week. They have to say it's 21 working days because that's the standard reply. laugh.gif

I made a full settlement last 2 weeks.
The lady told me that release or full settlement letter will be available next month after discount adjustment reflected in the statement.

Just checked my status on EPF site and apparently it's already approved on 18th Dec. Payment is on the way to PTPTN.
