So regardless how much we pay double up or triple up as per our ujrah agreement, it will only shorten the installment period right? Let's say 10years become 8years....

We can pay via credit card through the ptptn portal penyata baki there? I saw fpx logo there...

My loan 57k
Opted for direct debit from my bank account instead of deduct from salary (more risky for me 😅). So far I'm getting the 10% discount. smile.gif

Direct debit is obviously eligible.
That's what from the revamped eligibility from Budget 2017.

Ujrah amount and your monthly repayment amount shouldn't be the same.
If you study your statement properly, the amount of Ujrah is fixed constant every month.
Portion of your monthly repayment amount will be used to offset the ujrah first.

Old rate should be 3% but the mechanism is reducing balance loan like home loan.
Ujrah is fixed 1% and it works like hire purchase mechanism.

If your outstanding or you're confident that you can clear in shorter time as per original signed tenure, you can gain advantage from saved interest from the conventional loan.

in my opinion take 1% better and just drag 18-20 years ...
if 3% reducing rate, only beneficial if one gonna make a lump sum payment ..
based on 50k calculation, interest break even on year 4 or 5.
1% not worth it, keep money in FD also busuk busuk 3%.. slowly pay..

Just paid via M2Cards AmEx.

Strangely, it only appears "Bayaran 1" column and nothing for me to fill in for Ujrah payment. So I paid my monthly amount and everything went into my payment without deducting Ujrah. dry.gif

Sigh.

Looks like I will need to check out again later and see if Ujrah will appear for me to pay... Anyone also has this issue?

Added with screenshot.

My monthly payment is RM 327.43 and which RM 56.45 is actually Ujrah fees, so my monthly payment is 327.43 - 56.45 = 270.98. If I can recall correctly, last month when I made payment, it showed two columns. One for Ujrah and one for Pinjaman. Deja vu for me? I really cannot remember now. laugh.gif sweat.gif
I paid RM 327.43 and it is reflected under monthly payment without Ujrah. bangwall.gif

I think it's normal.
The first page can only pay for PINJAMAN 1 and INSURANS (if you have outstanding).
The breakdown of your total monthly repayment amount to 1128 and 1148 is on the next page.

OK, my insurance has no outstanding as I overpaid last month for testing. laugh.gif
Unfortunately there's no breakdown in second page and straight proceeded for payment. sad.gif
Now this payment went into 1128 without offsetting Ujrah...

April Ujrah has been appeared in your statement?
Mine yes and when I proceed to 2nd page, 1128 and 1148 thingy appear.

hi, just started paying back ptptn.

on the ptptn website it shows my RM114.59 which I paid

then I checked again today it shows I still owe RM10.42 ??? I know it's not big amount but where did it come from?

My loan is RM12,500, 10 years, 1% interest in case anyone needs the details to count it.

I paid around 5.5k last month (got blacklisted, applied for penangguhan coz change course and study other uni but didn't complete studies in time)
*
RM 10.42 is it the outstanding for INSURANS?

Hmm, I looked at the details. It showed this. No idea what's ujrah. So it's fixed rate every month? So I don't have to make two transactions every month and just pay 114.59+10.42..

This Ujrah fee is the fixed admin fee.
You'll get it till you totally clear all the outstanding amount.

*
I'm sharing the procedures to pay using credit card.

I'm not sure about your case.
Which 15% discount are you referring to? Half settlement?

Soalan 6 :
Adakah peminjam layak menikmati insentif ini sekiranya membuat penyelesaian melalui gabungan pelbagai saluran seperti KWSP, tunai dan online?

Jawapan :
Layak sekiranya penyelesaian hutang pinjaman diterima oleh PTPTN dalam bulan yang sama. Peminjam dinasihatkan untuk membuat bayaran selewat-lewatnya 27 haribulan setiap bulan.

Hi, guys , I wanna ask whether is it possible to pay with KWSP for second time, I have previously clear a substantial amount using KWSP. I'm now trying to withdraw for the second time, is it possible ?
*
Yes as long as your Account II has available balance.
Only Account II can be withdrawn for subsequent times.
