dowan la~
either i use stock steering n dun change at all~
*
changing the steering is good...lose lots of weight. The OEM steering is DAMN heavy...maybe 4kg. Those outside steerings are mostly abt 1kg onli tongue.gif

Aeon_Clock :
stock steering more durable to used if compair those imitaion 1.
did u notice tat??if u are wanna short term used n look nice then go for it.
btw i dint notice stock streering is 4kg heavy....
y i can easily pick it up just with my 1 finger de??
no offen just asking n sharing only..... happy.gif
*
you removed your steering wheel before? How you lift that thing with 1 finger?
when I say 4kg...I actually tried holding the OEM steering I found at Brothers. Its damn heavy. The heaviest in the shop. Honestly. I don't know how long aftermarket ones last coz I don't own any. But I doubt they last only a "short" time period...unless you're very rough on the item. Which is kinda impossible on its own...

yeah, got lots of different types of wrapping on the steering wheel. Just pick one that looks good enough la wink.gif The steering wheel itself shouldn't have problems.

if you wanna worry about reliability...I think you should worry about the boss kit.

y wanna worry the boss kit?

just saying if there's something to worry...boss kit should be your priority. I have completely no idea what companies make boss kits or how long they last.

just heard some cars racing near my housing area. Funny thing is...one of them sound like downshift on an AE86. Any other cars or mods that make a similar kind of noise?

2001 wira 2 spoke OEM
2005 wira SE 3 spoke OEM
2007 saga LMST 3 spoke OEM

then I dunno how thick your biceps are...maybe bigger than Arnold's whistling.gif Dragon Ball Malaysia whistling.gif
memang the one I found at Brothers is damn heavy and its the two spoke OEM punya. I use 1 hand also difficult to carry. You say 1 finger...I really dunno. Never really thought got weight difference between any of the steerings. I only thought they were fashion accessories.

wow...that looks bad...I think better replace the parts than repair. Repairing parts like the leather can be more costly
