Hi,

I'm really sad that last few days...2 of my MacBook and 1 of my MacBook Pro were stolen at Pagoh R&R!!!
I'm driving Van that day and take a rest at Pagoh R&R ,after a teh tarik...window broken and all my Macs gone and 2 of my DSLR camera also stolen!!!

I already report it to the Police but seems hard to get back my babies...

Any helps on the Serial Number???

sorry to hear that.... wow, 2 MacBook+Pro, 1 DSLR DC.... i think total up more than 10K already lor....

nowadays... those thevies have very ADVANCE tools to detect if your car has notebook inside.... i'm not sure how they detect it... but they sure have their way !!

learn from the mistakes.... remember NOT to leave anything inside the car nowadays, as it is no longer SAFE even it is your car !

hope u will get back your stuffs lar....

yrs ago ive heard tat they are using a device as small as a car alarm remote tat will detect emittion from the laptop battery.....

wat happens is tat when ur laptop battery is attached to the laptop it'll emit some sort of radiation or something like tat which is totally naked to the eyes

this device will detect these emittion hence even when u hide it in ur vehicles they will still know ur laptop is there

so u can either remove the battery or dont leave it there

Better post your Serial Number.

Write it to Apple Computers and I mean and just inform our local retails saying that your laptop is lost. Let them blacklist the serial number , so they are able to locate

Am sorry to hear about the loss; don't think ur gonna be getting your MBs or DSLRs back though *gulps*

Some of us do insure our laptops; hence if u did get yours insured, u would be able to claim from your insurance company some form of cash to get a new one
