I'm planning to get a credit card soon, but I dont know which bank to choose from. The main reason I'm applying for a CC is because of the 0% interest installment plan. This is my first time applying, hope you guys can give me some advice. Thanks!

QUOTE(David83 @ Feb 28 2008, 05:43 PM) It depends if you're requesting them to send to where. If you're requesting to send to the nearest branch, you can call if the card has arrived and go to the respective to collect it. actually, they called me last week whether i wan to collect my card at cyberjaya branch or not. coz i applied the card at my hometown (perak). and i get a swiss knife as free gift for applying the cimb petronas mastercard. another q: is it possible to tell them to change the branch of card collection if i applied my card at my hometown and now i wan to change to cyberjaya (b4 approval) This post has been edited by HMMaster: Feb 28 2008, 09:19 PM |

Anyone that know the new flexi payment plan by CIMB??? Cant find the info at their website. The plan is like this: they'll charge you a one time interest. after that, you dont need to pay any interest for your installment.

QUOTE(hye @ Mar 15 2008, 08:24 AM) The system is very straight forward - about similar to the old Flexi Payment plan. Want to know more about the interest rate.1. You buy anything you want - make sure it least falls within the minimum spending requirement. 2. Call up the call center and ask to convert your purchases into your desired plan. (Ideally once it's posted into your credit card account - easier if you have the Internet banking facility) 3. Call center will confirm conversion 4. Your next bill will have the a. Installment payment b. The once off interest fee. That's all folks! Is it 100% confirm that all purchases that meet the minimum requirement can be converted to this payment plan? |
