No you can't. You must fill in your info and signed in into a Live account before you can get to the download page, that is if the download page is working... which is... currently not...

Gosh there must be more than 2.5million people swarming into microsoft website now

The problem is that bandwidth for public and MSDN/TechNet are shared, that's why we're keep getting busy error message even before 4AM because everyone with MSDN/TechNet access are downloading like crazy. Anyway, the patch for mp3 corruption bug is available for download:

How can you download? I can't download from the link given! For keys, you need to go through the registration wizard first.

wat registration wizard? i just copy link like it told...and then a windows download manager seems to be open...
oh ya... use internet explorer to be on the safe side

shit, just noticed that you need Microsoft Download Manager (read:IE) to download...

the links doesnt work for download managers. it only works when you copy and paste the link in the browser. i'm also downloading it now. but no beta key how to use

anyway i'll just give it a try first..
