Guy, anyone know what's the problem of PC028?

The tracking been stated out for delivery since 8.30am this morning, yet until now haven't arrived, and the tracking system just get updated with such statement..

So what should I do now? Had send them feedback via "Contact us" forms though ._.

Edit: should I contact KL branch or sender's local branch?
And can i call them now?

Yea, I called KL branch and no one answering, guess that really chaos this time =_=
