Collect and then simpan pocket ke ape ? dah 3 hari dah ni. takde update ape2. rasanya Skynet is the worst courier service in Malaysia. Should stop operations or hire more responsible riders.

What time usually only can trace the tracking number in their system one?

what info SKYNET required? if require any info they dont know how to make a simple call to the receiver?!
service still as lousy as years back.. nothing improve.. why gemfive partner with such lousy courier service

This kind of courier service... might as well use snail mail...

Looks good? But I didn't received the parcel. They sent it to another building like 10mins away, with the same floor number. The parcel has the correct info and everything but the delivery guy is too blind to read properly. I have to call their CS and being re-rerouted a few times to find out who received the item instead.

They had contacted me and arrange the delivery agn.. you can collect from their branch also
