I've just had a bad experience with Skynet. Judging from this thread it's not the 1st time either.

I did some research and found out that postal services is under mcmc (http://www.skmm.gov.my) so please join me and send complaints to aduanskmm@cmc.gov.my regarding their poor service.


edit: I just sent a strongly worded complaint to mcmc about Skynet's useless service.

How long will skynet hold onto the parcel before returning back to poster?
I have a delivery today but i will no be home until saturday. Hope they can hold on to it till saturday.

I think u shd call TGG... i also encounter the similar issue...called CR1 few time only can get my items...

Don't hope. Better call that branch to hold your shipment.

Alright. I'll call them at batu caves branch. Seeing how bad people commented about this courier scared they will return back parcel to lazada. I got a freaking good price for tech stuff which can never get again now.

Skynet is really really terrible. Promised it would be here today after 2 times postponed. End up, it still couldn't make it and the online status is still showing out for delivery. What a terrible company. Compare to this, pos laju is much better! damnit.

I just wished I read this post before today. I dove over to Skyney Balakong branch today as it is the nearest courier company around. GDeX (Kajang) is another 10KM away.

So, I walked in asked for the slip to fill in. Being first time, I filled the form wrongly. I asked for another one. He counter asked for RM0.50 for a new form!! What?? Since I drove all the way, I didn't want to argue. When i was done, I asked for the plastic document envelop. Charges me another RM0.60!! Ok... I stayed cool and agreed.

When the bill came, everything came to RM11.70 to send some document from Balakong to Subang! Seriously??!! Is that the market price now for courier services???

Bought led tv online. item pickup by skynet from seller 29 january 2016. after few days still not update status. i contact skynet they said seller never post the item. then i contact seller, he show me the proof. After that 03.02.2016 ,seller went to the skynet office batu caves and saw many items diden post out including my items. Then he make complain and talk to manager En .rahman . He reply manpower problem la, and need special arrangement for bulky item la and bla bla bla. The problem is skynet never update the status on the net and make me everyday wondering when can get the items. Now already 04.02.2016 still not yet receive. I already told seller , i need it before chinese new year. Still waiting ...... even item from china already arrived.

pls lodge a complaint @ aduan.skmm.gov.my under postal service . they got to answer skmm in 2weeks time on the inefficiency of postal service.

i have done that to GDex and i received satisfactory reply from GDex within 2working days ....Refer to spoiler below for summary..about 6pages

Bought item from Lazada. Status says my item is delivered, but I can assure you I haven't received jack shit. Should I wait until Lazada's shipment delivery estimate date to end or just call them today?
