'Out for Delivery' since 8.22am. Parcel never arrived even though I've waited the whole day at home. From the tracking system, the back-end transportation is good. It only took a few hours from pick-up in Ipoh to Batu Caves. However once it reached Batu Caves, it has been more than 12 hours and the status is still 'Out for Delivery'. It's actually less than 20 minutes drive from its station in Batu Caves to my house. If I received a call before the driver depart, I would definitely pick up the parcel myself.
Update: The status stayed as 'Out for Delivery' indicating that the delivery man is quite honest. This could mean that he failed to deliver due to Saturday being half-day. On Monday morning, the status was updated as 'Out for Delivery' again and the delivery man called at around 11am but I asked him to deliver after 4pm, which he agreed. Based on the comments here, I wasn't expecting that he'll do that. Surprisingly, he called at around 4:30pm and arrived 5 minutes later. Kudos to the delivery man for job well-done. Just want to share my bad experience with Skynet thus far.
This is my first time using their courier service (ordered barang from Lazada), last Wednesday and on Saturday. Check their tracking number and later I found out that one had "ERROR CODE 66" from last Friday, and only since yesterday they update "OUT FOR DELIVERY", but I waited whole two days and still haven't got the package yet. The other package, a fridge, was supposed to send for delivery today, and the delivery guy came and stop at my house, but I wasn't in. I call him and ask him to wait 2 min for my son to come and collect, but 2 min later, my son say the driver went off already. Try to call the driver again (malay guy), his phone cannot reach. I've been trying to contact him for 30 min already, either he block my number or switch off his phone. WTF is this service....damn la, should have stuck with poslaju.... Haiz...with such shitty service still expect to get customer? |

Back then, Skynet is quite ok. They tend to delay delivery a day or 2 and close their office but they always call 1st when they want to deliver to my house.
Now, delays are more often and rude phone CS rep. To avoid problems, I rather pick it up myself the day it arrived before 9am |

Status: Unavailable status. Delivery Date: Signature: Since kastam clearance (Parcel from China) Already 4 days... no any progress. Normally before kastam ,it will shows : AWB does not exist. After kastam clearance, will shows Collection. But this time, the AWB exist, but no progress since 20 Apr 2017. Has anyone encounter this problem yet? |

So stressed out with this skynet. I saw many online sellers use skynet so I butt itchy sent 2 parcels with skynet, one on Friday, one on Monday. Today is Tuesday, both didn't reach. They dare to say parcel had gone missing in originating hub, I said I wrote the tracking number on the box, then only they diam diam go find and send to the receiving hub. But it takes another day for receiving hub to day dream until I called the HQ, the PIC mobile and the receiving hub office. They hung up and switched off mobile in the end. Super terrible courier company. I saw the other thread complaining airpak, seriously skynet is much worst.

the best and cheapest i think is poslaju . Gdex is quite expensive , skynet is the worst , cant even track the shipment on their website after 24 hours

i just wonder why they always give a lame excuses for each consignment. are they short of delivery truck or manpower? i don't think they will make a profit by redirecting the parcel from here and there before delivery it. or just a simple stupid excuses?
add: attachhed are the tracking screenshot, it don't make sense. CR4 is just only two km away from me. for what reason they need to have redirected it back to the main hub again? furthermore, it seem they need to have take 12 hours from shah alam to subang. lol, the tracking website doesn't even work, been trying to load since yesterday (assuming that they started work)
