Bought led tv online. item pickup by skynet from seller 29 january 2016. after few days still not update status. i contact skynet they said seller never post the item. then i contact seller, he show me the proof. After that 03.02.2016 ,seller went to the skynet office batu caves and saw many items diden post out including my items. Then he make complain and talk to manager En .rahman . He reply manpower problem la, and need special arrangement for bulky item la and bla bla bla. The problem is skynet never update the status on the net and make me everyday wondering when can get the items. Now already 04.02.2016 still not yet receive. I already told seller , i need it before chinese new year. Still waiting ...... even item from china already arrived.
