but all stocks seem cheap now..

Like I said, buy the dip.
Like Zaman has mentioned, sell the rally, we are still channeling the price range for now.

But, the wave seems to be weakening as we get closer to end of month. We may gap down soon.

Watch the Dollar Index and Oil price.

what is the range for C, URE, UYG?

C is between $4 and $5 (already mentioned many times).
Don't know yet for URE and UYG, have to study the chart and price history first for looks like both are at the bottom of the range for the last 10 trading days.

I just bought 100 FAS @ $76.
Bought another 100 TCK @ 30.60, now avg 31.5

Yes, during high volatility and volume, some cheaper broker may fail because of slower
execution and high traffic volume.

$1-$5 difference per trade doesn't matter if you can trade up to make up the difference.

Yes this is trap pattern.
Yesterday the market up 100 point and dropped 200 points at around midday.
The index goes supper quick up and to suck in the monies and a super quick swing after that,
Today IBM announce nearly 10 Billions buy back of their shares. That push the DJ 80 points at one point.

IBM doesn't matter, BIDU tanks, puts pressure on NASDAQ, a lot of selling pressure today.
I won't be surprise if DJ can't hold green to close today.

No.1 is MB Trading exchange network...

the quality is totally unacceptable..
