This is the only address I have & entered correctly into my Play-Asia account profile, so it is unlikely there is any multiple address confusion.

I understand that the order is shipped using "Air Economy Box" that do not have tracking & is insured, but is insured package = registered?
What would be the appropriate questions to ask my local post office? Do I just walk up to them and ask if there was any package from Play-Asia Hong Kong for the past 2 months?
Or ask them if they can actually know if this package is held back at the Customs?
This game is not banned in Malaysia because Sony Malaysia sells the exact copies nationwide at their stores but at a much more expensive rate, so it is also unlikely that the Customs could hold the package for almost 2 months?

Hello Play-Asia,

I would like to enquire about the shipping of this order since I have not received it yet.

Since this is my first purchase, I have no idea on how long the shipping would be completed, but 60 days has passed which is more than reasonable waiting time.

1) Can I request for a resend of this order and get an estimated arrival date?
2) If not, did you have any confirmation that the order is delivered successfully?
3) Otherwise, what is the resolution for this issue since I did not received the order yet?
