I bought 4 times. 2 times fail. 2 times succeed. The succed one is when I paid for the cheapest courier service available. The failed one is for the free shipping. The 2 times failed free shipping is for the guidebooks (it is lost somewhere in Malaysia). My address is an office building so that may be the reason (book cannot fit in the mailbox?).
Anyway, I've stopped buying from them unless its seriously cheap and can afford the courier which is safer. I think if you stay in house it can be safer (compared to condos or offices where the item goes into the mailbox and cannot fit).
Yes sometimes the postman is lazy and just leave your parcel outside the mailbox instead of taking it up to the office when it couldn't fit.
