Recommend use cards with Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode to avoid this issues.

I did notice the prices dropping but it is only those few retailers. The location then becomes a factor as well as parking etc.
P-A with fedex is usually more expensive but can be matched if u factor time, petrol price, parking etc.

If one is willing to wait for free shipment, P-A is the cheapest option even for new games.

The best is an r3 republish of older games with a lower price. different box, same game.

play-asia is USD denominated. thus it was very competitive when the rate was 3.2 and expensive when the rate is 3.5

however this will hold true for new games on our shore as well .think prices for new games (even r3) will be slightly higher for now. older games (that are in stock) will be cheaper as the cost is based on the old rate.

should be no issues as long as online transactions are allowed. Just make sure you have enough credit in it.

it really depends on luck. if the value is high, easier to get noticed by our customs.

some above rm500 nvr got disturbed
some below rm500 kena tax before

if u are using free shipping, suggest split into 2 orders to benefit from discount coupons and lower shipment value

if you use courier, usually higher chance don't get taxed (guess they more kam ching with the custom folks)

guess the stuff you wanna buy heavier than 1 kg?.. but usually 2 games will still qualify for free shipping together.. if you fedex must combine orders to make it worthwhile.

what's the weight? guessing > 1kg.

hope you used a coupon to offset come of the cost since your order is already above USD100, use the 5% off coupon instead of the USD5 off coupon. Unless you are lucky enough to have USD10 off coupon on you.

I tried and it really defaults to paid shipping. But doesn't really affect your order if you intend to use fedex since it is still USD14.90. Good news is the RM500 limit covers goods value (written in your invoice) thus your order is below that.

with 5% discount it's US$ 123.31 (~440.90 MYR)

Edit: Found out why. Free shipping has 2 limits: weight of < 1kg and value of <USD100.

really depends whether local ups office is open. They could be since they have commitments to customers especially foreign. But then alot of offices are closed tomorrow too.
