Haha.

Okie. I understand. smile.gif

If that's the case, just apply these simple rules:

1. Spread your meals over 5-7 times(2-4 hrs in between each meal) throughout the day.
(MUST EAT BREAKFAST tongue.gif )

2. Avoid Oily/Fried Food

3. Consume less rice, focus more on Meat/Vege/EGGS(Fully Boiled Egg ONLY)

4. Focus on food/milk with high protein content.

As for exercise to lose weight,

You can try HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) jogging.

For e.g:

Jog 5 minutes with normal pace.

Then ...

Jog 15 seconds with the fastest pace you can.

After that...

Jog 5 minutes with normal pace.

Then repeat the short sprint ... and end your jogging session with 5 minutes of normal pace.

That should be a great start for you.

Do you have anything to support your facts ( EGGS FULLY BOILED ONLY)? I heard a few people saying that consuming raw eggs would result into salmonella and some saying that consuming full boiled eggs has less fat etc. I think that is crazy talk. Eat how you want your eggs to be, overeasy etc.

I think the facts are all over the net. Just google around, I'm certain you can find them.

Well, why would you want to risk yourself in getting salmonella when you can avoid them? (just by boiling your egg)

And it's a well known fact that, Fully Boiled Eggs has higher protein content than raw eggs.

The facts are all over the net as well. Hehe. Lazy wanna google out the source now, on holiday mood. tongue.gif

Well, if the recommendation I reckon isn't correct, do correct me k.

So, we can both learn.

Thanks in advance.

Happy Holiday!

Aiks, perhaps, I miss that one. Thanks for sharing dude.

Anyway, it was My mistake,

This is what I was trying to say
: "fully boiled egg" would yield higher protein absorbed.

Yes. The amount of protein in an egg is a fixed amount.

BUT the amount that can be absorbed are dependent on the way the eggs are cooked.

And that recommendation (fully boiled egg) was based on the article I read 6-7 months ago

Perhaps, it was outdated. Or perhaps, the article I read was a research done long long time ago.

Or there was another research done to prove the prior research wrong as read by Jones.

I have No idea. I could be very wrong.

That's why it's great to be in a forum. Where we can learn from each other. smile.gif

Like I said earlier, that is crazy talk. Eat them how you like them to be. The absorption rate has nothing to do with whatever. There will still be a same amount of cholesterol, protein, fat etc bla bla bla bla bla.
