I did 1 txn ytd night on taobao.. today when I check, I notice my balance reduce, but the txn didn’t show up in my BigPay, anyone have this problem?

I get the message from BigPay after I check with BigPay.. my past experience is the transaction is shown up immediately after I swipe at taobao, status will be pending and took 3-5 days to update as settled. Only this 20 jun txn didn’t appear immediately.. but, today after I check with the CS, he reply me with the msg above, my txn came in this afternoon.

Not only activation issue, delivery also many hiccups.. my friend applied early June, app showed delivered since 13 June, till now no news, call to BigPay, BigPay asked him whether want to wait or recard.. wait so long d.. they should have include the tracking no in their app for ppl to track..
My bro top up b4 raya, until today app still showing printing card.. when there is long holiday, it become worst..

Ooo, then not sure whether my bro card is in delivery or missing d.. today consider is 7th working day. He is waiting the card to update his insurance for autodebit..

Hmm.. for sure, there won’t be any official announcement for that until someone like me experience the missing transaction n check with them via the unofficial way, ie fb messenger..

Like u said, readers are mature enough to detect rubbish statement, n this is a forum to share experience.. I’ve no offense on ur advice, but the message I get from their reply is stating bug in apps, I think is very common to most of the apps when update involving bugs fix even for banking apps.. not sure it is really involved creditability issue..however, i agree mod to remove post when mod think the post violate forum policy..

For anyone who is facing problems with activation similar to mine, perhaps you can do all the steps (a) to © above BEFORE calling CS.  Then tell them that you have already done everything, and that you would like them to check whether there is an error at THEIR end.  Otherwise, they will probably assume the problem lies with you, which delays the entire process.

My bro finally received the card today and trying to activate.. after key in cvv, shown incorrect then the status shown printing card, he restart his phone still same, then logout n login, it back to activate card status.. key in the cvv again, the app shown loading n stuck there..

BigPay CS not working today, seem like need to wait Monday d..

Hi, may I know if sign up the online acc, can pay the monthly installment for other policy which is not belong to the online acc owner? Eg. If the wife is policyholder, can husband pay for wife online?

My bro go to prudential office to update BigPay card as autodebit for his policy n also wife policy, but, the CS told him not sure the autodebit can go through or not coz prudential only accept card issued by banks, not tunemoney which is not bank..

So, is the prudential CS doesn’t know their system accept what card for autodebit..

My bro told the CS is tunemoney, he didn’t tell is CIMB, then she said not bank ah? Not sure can go through or not, but she said she will help to update, ask my bro to check whether it can charge through later, if cannot, need to change..

That’s y I try to help him to register the prudential online acc to have last resolution if really can’t go through.. but, since urs has no issue, then, I no need to make him go through all this trouble which need to create 2 acc to pay separately..

My feedback on card delivery even I already receive the card, but at least BigPay can update the tracking number in apps for new user to track.. have been many issues from my friends on app show delivered but never receive the card. Need to call BigPay to get tracking number then only find out card lost in transit.. not to mention BigPay call centre is difficult to get to talk to CS as nobody will answer the call unless u r really have time to wait for more than 30 min for them to answer ur call..

BigPayJonathan, can you assist on this? My Prudential autodebit just sign up ytd, next due date is early next month.

May I know what is the status of ur PRU autodebit that can’t go through? Did PRU try the 2nd time after first failure? As I know, normally insurance will try for 2nd attempt after 2-3 days if first attempt failed.

In fact, I feel this kind of issue shouldn’t happen to a financial service co.. BigPay need to take step to make sure Merchant update bigpay in their payment system to avoid this kind of failed txn. It also will make customer lose confidents due to frequent system down.
