Yup I updated through web account. Then App > GrabPay refreshed with card added. Then used for a trip charged me RM1 after discount code applied.

Ya got the points for Easy Book (transportation) after status become Settled.

For grab, not sure as I don't get any since the amount charged less than RM20.

I have few transactions FnB, Easybook, Shopee in settled status, but no point received , shall I wait for a day or two...Or just complain?

I see, I have few transaction , but same place of spending , thought it will be same duration to get the points. Thanks anyway, will keep monitoring.

UPDATE:BIGpoints added 2 days after the status changed to Settled

Bro, mind to share which "other local credit cards" you had used to top up that +1 days to be posted? Try to get more details if needed to add this to post #01.

If anyone could inform any transaction so far not receiving any bigpoints, and oversea transaction if receiving 1 big points very RM2 spent. I will update in post #01 for easy reference. Thanks

Recently I purchased a bus ticket and paid for using BigPay. The payment processor was iPay88 and they did ask who is the card issuer. I selected others and manually typed - BigPay, transaction went through. Receipt shows payment done via "Credit card" with no indication of card issuer.

On another note, members may have noticed their posts removed and this is due to violations on the BigPay referral code which is not allowed.

Although I did not see any place mentioning RM2 oversea transaction will reward 1 bigpoints, but I do have an email from BigPay that inviting to join BigPay do make this clear statement.

May be you shall email BigPay for missing Bigpoint claim.

Curious why CatchThatBus not under Transportation like Easybook.

Grab has blocked all prepaid cards from their app... If you want Grab to accept BigPay cards, please let them know via the form that's accessible at the bottom of this page:

Logic and reasonable concern. If so, wonder how the Form submission would assist in eliminating the insufficient fund of added prepaid card.

TS Request : If anyone did not receive the supposed BigPoints on oversea usage, RM2 = 1 BigPoints, please do claim back from BigPay and update us the claiming status. Thanks.

Update : I have emailed in June 2018 to reconfirm that we may earn all foreign currency spending RM2 = 1 BigPoints. I have no oversea transaction, so unable to verify or make claim. Anyone please revert the status if you have done so.
