I top up on 31/3 using Maybank FCB VS, posted on 31/3, 2% rebate on 1/4.
I top up on 29/4 (yesterday), already posted on 29/4.

Should be. Can see the rebate on 2/5 noon.

You can earn max 20+50 Big points only, but you lose Maybank CC benefits.

I mean special discount for using Maybank CC, eg Lazada Wednesday, some F&B outlets, TGV cinema, Metrojaya etc.

Maybank credit cards: same day.
other local credit cards: +1 day.

If top up using Maybank FCB VS today (31/5), it will be posted today, so 10% cashback for May.
If top up using Public VS/QM today (31/5), it will be posted on 1/6 (or 2/6 according to Laymark), so it will be too late (for online cashback) if the statement date is today.

So BigPay is using Maybank platform for topup transaction.

CIMB is not the issuer of BigPay card.
BigPay has its own license to provide financial services - prepaid mastercard and e-wallet.
The old Big Mastercard (issued before 1/2018) can be topped up by CIMB CASA/CDM or FPX from other banks.
(So a lot of people thought Big / BigPay is from CIMB)
The new BigPay can be topped up by using Visa/Mastercard, but not online transfer.
(So BigPay use Maybank platform to collect the top up fund)

When the old Big card and new BigPay (both 5599-98) merges into a single product, we may not be able to use Visa/Mastercard to top up BigPay, or with a service charge. BigPay is paying card processing fee (up to 1.1%) but we don't pay a single sen, this business model won't work!

The old Big Prepaid Mastercard (BIN: 559998, issued before 1/2018) is related to CIMB. You can use CIMB CASA and CDM to top up.
New card is called BigPay but use the same BIN: 559998.

Why "Online"? Any special rewards/rebate?

Yesterday morning & afternoon also kena rejected.

CB4U is not guaranteed. Only happened at W16-19, not before W16 and not sure after W19. Quasi cash shall be excluded but PB staff might have overlooked it.

Businesses have obligations to submit customer list (when requested) to Bank Negara, IRB (for tax audit or investigation) and customs (GST). Be careful if you are the top few % active users especially with large transaction amount or activities.

When you do the top up and cash withdrawals too frequent and you gain from the transactions continuously, it will become a taxable income.

BigPay uses Mastercard network, not MEPS ATM network (RM1), not sure about the cost to BigPay for each cash withdrawal.
Also BigPay's cost for each Top Up is 1.1% (max), so if they charge >1.1% (higher than RM6) for each cash withdrawal then BigPay may only break-even.
So not too soon BigPay will begin charging Top Up by using Credit Card, once they merge Big and BigPay.

But if you already played >9 weeks out of past 11 weeks (till 8/6), this topup is already disqualified for the game.

I did use RHB VS to top up BigPay, but not for the game.
I spent on something else to get the RM30 CB.
I tested if the BigPay Topup is qualified for normal Online CB (1%/2%/6%).

Yet to know the outcome (normal online rebate).
