BP is always loser as they absord credit card fee (around 1%) for your top up, RM6 not enough to cover your top up cost.

My experience with BigPrepaid. My balance is always less than RM100. Only when I need to buy flight tickets then I top up.
Same for my CIMB Lazada Prepaid.

Refilling is faster than discharging.

The credit card issuers will give a credit of RM25 instead. They don't have rights to waive the government tax.
BP doesn't give overdraft, so it shouldn't be a taxable service.

If you are unlucky. You need to pay GST/SST + import duties to the Royal Customs Malaysia.
