Today i unable to topup bigpay with pb quantum master card.Anyone facing the same problem?

Why you want to use foreign cc to top up? Is there a special cc gives good benefit if the MCC match?

By the way, appreciate other member could advice on BigPay Top Up under which MCC.

As for the top up and withdraw whether get banned or suspension, have been discussed heavily. Suggest you use search feature to read the relevant post.

The answer is yes if you do it intentionally.
The answer is no if you do it when needed.

Hey guys, Jonathan from BigPay here. I just created my lowyat account last week and I’m finally taking the time to introduce myself. I’ve been reading this thread on & off for a while and I’m definitely impressed by the overall level of engagement.

We actually discovered some issues through some of your messages and we’ve addressed some / are addressing others. We do have to prioritise though, but we really appreciate when issues are being discovered and feedback is given. We do read!

The reason why we’ve decided to be active on this forum is... because we actually want to build something that enhances the way you use and manage your money. This starts with listening to your feedback and incorporating what we can quickly. Your feedback is heard and drives the direction we take BigPay beyond just an e-wallet or bank. We’re far from being perfect and we’re still figuring out some things as we go, but the goal is definitely to get better and we need to have conversations with our users in order to get there.

That being said, I’d like to stay away as much as possible from personal customer support in here if possible :smile: But I’m happy to point you guys in the right direction.

So at the moment is BP provide the QR scan payment to the merchant yet?

If you think of it, it's a completely different strategy. Our card is accepted everywhere in the world - not just in Malaysia. Other players need to individually acquire each merchant. In terms of scaleability, it's a bit of a nightmare... We don't want to be limited. We want people to use BigPay absolutely everywhere and for everything. Plus, what happens if your phone's out of battery or if you don't have any signal? When we roll out paywave, I don't see how it won't be just as easy (if not easier) to tap your card rather than going into an app and triggering a QR payment But I'm happy to hear y'all opinions on it!

Whats the billing address for our BigPay?

Is it the same shipping address stated in our BigPay account setting in the apps?
Coz im kinda confused with my billing address bcz i asked to send my card to my office address last time.

Debit card also entitled for cb, any tricks and traps? Where to read details. Mind to share how much minimum or maximum to reload big pay will get the 7% CB?

Just wondering how long on average do you guys get your card after verification approval? Mines been longer than a week already seems like some issues with Citylink.

I intend to renew roadtax at jpj, usually i renew via myeg, but if jpj always got network issue for card payment then i will do it via myeg

@bigpayjonathan just want to check, is it bigpay backend not able to scale the workload which increase significantly?
