ooo..means u guys will probably learn how to manage a restaurant, manage staffs, do accounts, do costings, advertising & promotion etc.?
its a good thing ma. i've seen many restaurants which won't last more than 6 months due to poor management and customer service. knowing how to cook doesn't mean knowing how to handle the restaurant. |

My lecturer without Experience and a Master qualification they cant proceed to a lecturer. Only those who are previous student which perform extremely outstanding which stand a chance to be a lecturer in their own college/uni.being in the industry for 7 years doesnt seems useful to them... ohwai 60%+ of my lecturer is ex-taylorian. 1 of my lecturer (Chef) has his master qualification get promoted faster than other lecturer. Without Experience u still can teach but soon ur student will start to complain Added on July 18, 2010, 10:13 pm Further more, those General subject like Economic or Marketing which is thought by PHD lecturer @_@ dont even understand what they r talking This post has been edited by munak991: Jul 18 2010, 10:13 PM |
