Haha, this is only little bit of exposure~ outside restaurants who knows wat the servers do~ but this place, since it is college, they're teaching us to be hygienic and watever so... clean la the server usually don't do anything la, cuz they have to pass by the office, pass by other people, pass by the restaurant, then oni masuk the restaurant~ lol!

I was the head =) Every week different head~

My job scope is to... depends la, if i'm not the head means I'm the kuli, prepare prepare prepare and cook and clean only.
If Head Chef then sien lor, have to think of a menu, make a descriptive menu, get approval, make an order list, go pick up the ingredients, think of plating etc etc etc, the list goes on n on~ most hated part is the report

Carefull of preparing Cod fish, cod fish must be fresh to have less fishy smell.
How to get rid of fishy smell? salt water, Lemon Juice, herbs (thats why chinese use cilantro) , Herb oil is the best option for my opinion,ah 1 more thing SMOKING.
