Well, actually i'm doing it now.......quite mind cracking. Quite tough on every aspect of it. You always need to think a lot instantly if you want to really keep up with the classes. I shit not.

Lecturer in Culinary Arts?....I think you better gain at least 5 years of experience before venturing into one. Owh yeah..and i heard..u need masters qualification now because its changing to the "University" status..so yeah..at least masters.
