of course u can . even u want to stay twin sharing is hard to have. cause twin sharing priority for foundation student

ya tats y i dun wait for appeal, twin sharing all they reserve for foundation and new intake foundation and degree, old degree students all moved to chendi, so chances are very very low. Sure got some, but priority to AJK, without any post in accomodation community, hard to compete to get.

i want single room only

u must applylor..during orientation they'll definately place u in amanah(twin sharing)..thats for sure..den after that oni u can change..since the whole amanah is left empty for u guys..cendi is given to the seniors!!

i think you mean some senior...haha...nowaday very hard to get accomodation in-campus la...they intaking alot of new students i guess...
they want money oni....they never really care about students...

i guess that's the case now, they're taking more students for each intake, and they're raising the accomodation fees. and i dont see any improvements or anything else that could be the reason they raised the fees.

agree 100%....dats what i'm trying to say...they making max profit..but not spending in d wise of upgrading at all....the bed frame damn teruk...they never change also...if not mistaken its d same bed frame from 10years ago...

i am currently staying at taman seri emas, sg chuah, kajang (before hj samuri sate) with a few of my friends. quite many UNITEN students are staying there as well..

if u all want a place stay, spare a day and look around...

yeah, have to spend some time to look around. definately there will be houses. anyway now special sem, sure very free right..

i dunno about the bed frames in cendi, i think they change some already, especially at C1. well, at least the beds are still quite new

any seniors taking IT here? if so, i wanna ask, what do IT students learn during their foundation? any programming? if so, what programming languages is it and how deep? i'm planning to do some preparation. thx.

third sem you have computer subject also..but dats more to logical things...[think more]..haha...

yeap yeap, I didn't get on-campus accommodation after my 1st year. Since 2nd year shifted out till now.

Spare a day look around or if you already have friends staying off campus ask them to keep an eye out for houses up for rent.

i wonder yfirst sem must take twin sahring but y canot get single room once i get into the uni?

The best is to mix around with seniors so tat they can spare you their rented house when they've graduated. I stay near skinnydude. I must say that the place is pretty convenient. Everywhr is nearby. (McD, KFc, Pizzahut, dominos, giant, tesco, tmpoint, all the banks, market and etc)

Convenient of course if you have a car, or in my case my dear beloved housemates have cars.

ya and if every1 have car oso will have probs 1

The one big happy family skinnydude is talking about is currently not big and happy at the moment as we are not there at the moment due to our industrial training. So we wouldn't know about the dashyat accident. Must ask my housemates who are still there. haha.

If you ever do shift to Taman Seri Emas, the noisiest house would be skinnydude's house. haha.
