nice or not nice a person is, still need to see prove... prove doesn't accuse people, prove proofs the fact that who he is actually...

i believe trade enforcer should lead the way...he is our tai ko now. He say is a CON JOB. Meaning is a Con Job liow...need people to go police station. Then we will need a list of ppl who is coming who is not.

trade enforcer already get the refund liao lah ... now other buyer wait slowly lah ... yao pai nei tang ah ...

There are more ppl that are experience in making police reports in this matter. But if you need a leader to guide you, Heroes99 seems to be a smart cookie around matters like this. So it would be best you take his lead and his instructions on the matter. In addition, he is in KL and I am in Penang and the majority of SB's buyers are KL ppl.

Don't commit your name if you don't intend to go through with it. Not only you waste Heroes99's time (if he accepts to lead) but you also disrepect him.

Feel free to accuse him over anything, from con man to faggot, if he didn't even bother to check in and defend himself here, then spit all words you could think of if that make you [the buyer] feel better. Anyway SB replied me and is working hard to get money. At least he's not MIA.

Same like PE case. Now only certain peoples are doing something. Some are still waiting. Waiting for proof. Waiting
for report. Waiting for refund. And some still waiting for the product to come. Not many bother to do anything. It
seems like the money to them is not important.

I still remember PE case where only a few make police report. It seems like the same case as this. If this is the case,
then don't waste heroes99 time.

If everyone really want back their money, please join the report making list. If you don't join (like when the refund
list started, not many joined), then don't ask help from heroes99 or RangerRed because it seems the money is not
important to you.

I did, he do not bother to. I guess many would agree. And the money is extremely urgent. Why? It's not my money, it's my friend and I have been pushed to refund them with my own money. There's thing I did not state here doesn't mean it seems that the money is not important to me. And one thing, I'm not in KL. But its ok, what matter is SB knows my situation.

My amount is pretty small compared to some of the others here, but it's becoming a matter of principle. If SB forces us to go waste our time with police reports and the like, somehow or rather, he's going to pay.

well, a police report is a police report, police will investigate whether or not he is a conman...
if police proven he is not a conman..then he is not... if he's not guilty as charged, why he need to worry?

Just want to share my 2 cents worth here though i did not involve. Have anyone try to meet up with SB first before making any police report ???? If this can be arranged than the next course of action can be determined later, i believe.

Arrangement on when to report will be make later. Who really intend want to make this
refund start to move need to do something and not just sit down and pray hard for the
refund.

This police report group must be strong. Every buyer need to unite with 1 voice. Don't argue
already. With this group established, then only something can be done. Posting here is not

Then from there, we can arrange a meet up with SB and get the police
report. I believe SB will have the police report.

If SB cannot give the report to our SB Police Report Group, then you know
something is wrong.

So to start anything, buyers in KL need to form a SB Police Report Group
to get the police report either from SB himself or from the Police Station.
And then report police against SB since he cannot refund everyone now.

The 1st group will be the foundation group where other groups from KL or other states can use their report as a reference when making a report.

When a second group makes their report.. pls give the reference number n where u made it so the next group use ur's n the 1st group as a reference.
