a noob question here..why do u guys try to bios flash the speed rather than manually OC it?

you are saying like overclocking doesn't void warranty at the first place

no..u dont fried your gc la ofcos...but if to compare..flashing is like having higher risk wont it seems?

i just wanna know why choose over flashing rather than manually tuning it with atitool?

just bought the gecube xturbo 3 oc edition...

in the driver there i saw 2 bar that can drag to set the clock speed...

is this consider over clocking??

but when i apply why current clock wont change one? if i use the highest all the time, will it effect my card?

am I having splash screen?I sometimes will get white screen or green stripe screen when I try to run some certain program?

help me out..sifu..

Gecube OC version 3870. I had oc to 885/1200. 70c load.

Hi all. Sorry for inconvenience. Anybody know how to reviving dead gc? My Gc dead after flashing with BIOS. I got mobo with integrated graphic. Can i reflashing my dead gc with the integrated graphic?i don't have any pci card

guys~ i just bought 3870xt and the temp is around 50`-53`c ..normal?

sometimes different bios got different voltage settings.. for stable OCing..

that's why don't push the ram too much.. prepare for kaputt..

push more ur cpu.. 4ghz..

normal.. 70C also normal..

need some help here, i'm using Gecube 3870 x-turbo |||, i oc by using rivatuner, i tried OC to 830 core , but on rivatuner(monitoring) and gpu-z, it only shows as 825, but ati catalyst and rivatuner(overclocking) shows 830

so which 1 should i trust?

any1 here kind enuf 2 provide me any link 2 3870 vmod... bored ord wt my current 3870 speed. 12 try vmod tis time. thx!

no need to choose which one you have to trust...bcoz thats normal..but i do believe Ati Cat gives the correct reading..
