We can no longer have the fruits as it been eaten by stupid monkeys. Even chicken eggs are stolen when we are away from home. My dad just use lastik batu to scare them off but its not working .. there are more than 20 living in our place. I hate them so much. Can aquire gun ah by this reason?

May try to submit application at nearest police station (IPD)

More info may visit:
http://www.moha.gov.my/index.php/en/maklum...n-senjata-api-2

1. Any individual whose application to own firearms declined by the Chief Police could appeal to the Y.A.B. Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security at this address:-

Division Secretary
Public Security and Harmony Division
Level 11, Block D1, Complex D
Federal Government Administration Centre
62546 PUTRAJAYA

2. The appeal should be made within thirty (30) days from the date of decline from the Chief Police.

3. For declination from the State Chief Police, you are advised to submit your appeal to the General Chief Police within thirty (30) days from the actual declination date.

4. The main categories of firearms ownership are to deter pest to crops, self and property security as well as sports.

5. Firearms ownership is not an individual’s rights. Each application would be considered based on the eligibility and need of each case.

6. Those who appeal need to attach current supporting evidence when making the appeal to the Ministry.

At the end also not approve. The license was given to my grandpa last time cause he has few acres of rural land..

Not much info is available online, I guess it is limited to the armed force only?

I have developed fear of road ragers, violent snatch thieves and psychopaths that I have accidentally offended, I can't drive or live in peace unless I feel protected, but I doubt owning a firearm helps because we have a strict self defense law, what if I can't prove the need to inflict the damage, I would be charged with second degree murder? What a fearful world we live in...no way out to peace...

Not sure if your just paranoid or just a troll.
Of course you would be charged with murder.
