after so many Q here, anyone actually gotten the real answer.
if u want good bonus payout, go for prop, oil & gas, tobacco and liquor. those with high profit margin are only able to pay more bonus. |

3 mths is average, not minimum, can be less than that, depend on bank's performance, maybe local bank min is 3 mths, overseas bank i don't think so.
RenuPlus, Silverlake never pay bonus since many yrs ago, but increment hire than any banks, up to 20%. |
