who said mnc company got bonus. Exact software no bonus. You come to work the first day HR already told all the staff no bonus.

Here is the range of bonus for the following company: [Updated on 23 Mar 2008]
Carrier Malaysia - Contractual (majority)= 0 bonus, Managerial & Sales Engineer = depends.
CSA - No Bonus
Dell - zero to 1 month bonus
DHL - 2 months bonus
Digi - 2 to 4 months bonus
Entellium - No bonus
Exact software - No bonus
Exxon Mobil - 2 months fixed bonus (support departments, not sure about others)
Freescale - 1.5 months contractual plus performance 1-2 months
Great Eastern - clerical and executive ~ 2 months contractual + 1 to 4 months bonus, management ~ 1 month contractual + 1 to 4 months
HSBC (HDPM, HSBC Data Processing Malaysia) - 1 to 3 months performance bonus depends on rating
IBM - 1-2 months (including contractual)
Ivisgroup - 1 month contractual bonus, 2.5 months performance bonus
Magnum - 3-4 months
Maxis - ??? to 7 months bonus
MBF Cards - 2.8 - 4 months bonus (2008), 2.5 - 3+ months (2007)
Mesiniaga - No Bonus
OSK - 3 to 6 months bonus
Perodua - Around 6 months bonus
Petronas - 6 month + 1 month merit + loyalty bonus = 8 month
Prudential - 2 months contractual
Public Mutual (damansara) - 2 time bonuses (Performance bonus and year end bonus up to 6 months)

I'm currently work in a retailing company, under MNC group. I got 2.25 mth bonus (1 mth profit sharing, 1.25 mths based on appraisal),pro-rated since I only joined last Apr.

or rather I work for HP under manpower
so my bonus is
manpower bonus or HP bonus?

anyways.
Bonus is one month contractual

If every year got tat many bonus then everybody join bank liau.

Because 12 months is kinda ridiculous unless you are referring to a position with pay less than RM 500...

I was given 1 month bonus by this company but pay by "installment" from this year jan - dec .. ( bonus / 12 ) each month add into salary. can i complain?

It would be great if you can state the company name.
As for the company policy to pay by installment, you can complain much to yourself. But not to the legal because company have the rights to execute the bonus payment method.
