What I heard that bonus are given out in bank are according to departments performance.

all local bank cuz they need to follow the banking union rules.......
those bonus that you mention is extra one... not fix bonus that you can get every year....
if the dept performance is good then you have extra lol but if not...sorry.....

Wow... seems like the average bonus is 2 months or more.

ususlly is 1 to 2 months
other getting alot more either their holding higher position or MNC co.
