Anyway we work because of money, not for hobby or enjoyment. Of cos, experience is important for future, but without a reasonable paid, you can't even cope for your life.
At the end, why not work for a better paid job with good career prospect. Or else better work for charity, your able to help people, traveling around and meet new people and learn new thing every time.

But now in the market seem O&G engineer, IT sector are among the highest paid in the market.
I'm in Accounts sector, paid are so so only. just RM2.5k, consider average only. Hope the next Co. can get RM3k

Some Co. will need you to fill up the bonus applicable, allowance and etc for your previous Co. when fill in the job application form.
