I believe a large portion of your pay is commission based?
*
Yup fully commission based..Now even if i dont work at all i still get around 20-30k.Cause they have profit sharing. So whatever the total group sales,i get a certain percentage.

Not bad, even if you take it as 2 months of bonus included, it would be RM3082.5/mth. EPF included?

Yes, if your salary is above RM2900, you no need to pay socso. But if you have socso account before, then they will deduct for you unless you stop it. I am thinking of the socso fee is cheap and it provide insurance coverage to us, so I just let it deduct. smile.gif

Nice pay. But are your expenses high? These jobs normally would require high expenses due to travelling and so on.

Not only IT.

If you are good at what you do, then people are willing to pay for the price you deserve.
