I believe after all excise (repainting + Strata Title), the price should be on par with them.

B.OUG not lose a lot to OG height lar....at least 80% on par with OG height lar.....if 3 year ago u said so....i will raise my leg to agree it....but 3 year down the road...there is a big chance to B.OUG.....if got time please drop by and have a look.... biggrin.gif

B.OUG will change a new face by this year....i believe the price will appreciate further.

Dun worry of this defaulters, they will suffer soon. Legal action already start from 2011 and now in the final stage, JMB have the right to auction their unit (Work with bank) to clear of the outstanding balance. Management have do their job, dun simply blame them lar.... smile.gif

They jz start at Gound Floor, later will go to upper level and then CL and then floor by floor. I guess.

I think will take few month to complete it, since their do it in house. thumbup.gif

The external wall will start at March, by the time internal wall finish, external wall already almost finish. biggrin.gif
