1) Internal wall no charges lah..... (use maintenance fee to paint) biggrin.gif

2) Anyone walking in my show the RP, dun care you r the owner or tenant. The card got your photo and indicate your r the owner or tenant.

3) Complain to upper unit ask them to fixed the thing will do.

Haha.....management won't bear the cost lah....u think too much.

They are oni can help you talk to the upper unit, ask them to repair it...but the cost maybe u need to bear lor......if the owner offer 50-50 you better take it fast.... biggrin.gif

Expected strata title will out around Mar ~ May 2013, and then u need to apply within 12 months.

if i not mistaken the cost as below :-

Apply within 3 months - RM 900
Apply within 4 ~6 month - RM 1200
Apply Within 7 ~ 12 month - RM1500
After that, follow the market fee.

Yes, cuz just do one room, super expensive loh...if u calculate, 200 sq ft @ 3.5=700 nia, lagi sakit ah...but v hvnt decide,  still looking for cheaper alternative

Nope. He has never mentioned that. He quoted me the price for repainting the whole unit..... cutthroat price rm 2k. I think if i paint the unit myself, my time cost is even cheaper... hmm.gif

After the strata title out, the liquidator will inform you to apply. Mar ~ May 2013 is estimated date...maybe shorter or longer depend the process of DBKL. I think this will be affected by coming GE oso. sweat.gif

You needed to summit ur S&P to management, then oni they can change the name in the system and after that will reissue the insurance certificate for u.

You must act fast, otherwise will renew on behalf of u and charge to your loan account. smile.gif
