by the way, anybody experiencing leakage on the wall? my husband told me our unit got leakage on the kitchen there

Nah, i every month purposely go back to settle the maintenance n others , our record very green...

But i still hvnt settle my leaking issue....husband is busy,  timing always tak ngam with management office....

Bout the strata title,  the fee not following snp price ah?  Small unit oso rm 900?

Yes, cuz just do one room, super expensive loh...if u calculate, 200 sq ft @ 3.5=700 nia, lagi sakit ah...but v hvnt decide,  still looking for cheaper alternative

Nope. He has never mentioned that. He quoted me the price for repainting the whole unit..... cutthroat price rm 2k. I think if i paint the unit myself, my time cost is even cheaper...

Will try and call her tomorrow. It is totally unacceptable to take more than a month to update the details. Some more tell me that the manager has resigned and nobody does the job.... What a lousy excuse.
