Yes, Civic is bad on SP.....but performance wise better than Altis a lot. For SP, u can always use few K to settle mah.

Latest news update :

Internal Wall
Ground Floor for Block 13, 13A, 1, 2, 3 & 4 - Completed

Ground Floor for Block 6,7,8,9,10 & 11 - In progress (Block 6 almost finish, now they are starting at Block 7) rclxms.gif

Next 2 ~ 3 month, they will go for LG, then L1 and CL level.

External Wall
Start date : 15/04/2013 thumbup.gif


Strata title : no update news, still in progress.

The objective I bought Bukit OUG is to buy into a safe investment in the midst of potential bubble. At such low price point, there is only so much that I may lose but a lot that I can gain.
Of course it is just my 2cents.

I expected B.OUG will reach 330 ~ 380psf end of this year, because repainting expected will completed b4 next year Chinese year. tongue.gif

CIMB now push very hard to met the valuation of buyer asking.....I think very fast to reach 300psf for the bigger unit. biggrin.gif

They start to load in all machinery and setup on this coming Thursday and expected will start work on 02/05/2013. The will start on Block 5 and 12 first, so who stay at Block 5 & 12 should enjoy the fresh look first. thumbup.gif

Internal Wall Painting : Ground floor for all Block have completed. Next stage will go to Lower Ground. thumbup.gif

I think after repainting, 350psf should be no problem lah......as long as the JMB keep upgrading our building and move forward....targeted 400 to 450psf for next 2 year. biggrin.gif

IMO, as long as the investor more than 50% better dun touch....if market suddenly turn bad, this is the area will hit badly.

Actually, now a lot of small unit already sell > 300psf.....i dun see any difficulty for B.OUG sell @400psf 4 next 2 year when ZR,KR1+KR2 all sell @ 600psf and above.

The Rainz will be launch someway around June or July 2013, estimated the launch price will not < 500psf.
