Look at all the new development surrounding....all above 400psf.....from here u can foresee b.oug still have room to growth to catch up the gap within all new dev.
Expected in 2014/2015.....LRT and all new developments will completed at the same time and the psf from current will be jump to 550 and above (if not major correction in 2012/2013 year

Current rent price for studio RM800, 1222 - RM1200, 1465 - RM1500 , ROI 4-5% still better put to FD...haha
3. It is freehold, but not get the strata title yet. Now in the process all verification for ownership, expected will get the strata title in 2012....(syok sendiri again)
4. There is a lot of upgrading work carry in b.oug now, if got time try visit it....u will feel different if compare last 2 year. If got heart to buy, faster book one....dun let the ayam lari lor....
