Wow, so low? I just paid deposit for a 775sf semi-furnished unit recently, hoping to get rental of at least that amount!

Yes, around that price. Block 10 (right side from the guardhouse, so not as noisy as the left side which will be facing the future LRT line).

Added on February 2, 2012, 6:06 pmFrom the notice posted by the JMB, it says owners have until Feb 29th for the strata title owner's verification process and the Liquidator requires minimum 810 units to commence application for strata title. Anybody knows how many units verified so far out of the total about 17xx units there?

OK I hope the current owner of the unit I'm buying have been verified. Can I check with Bessie Loo?

Actually my house "0" reno geh~Jz playing with furniture color to make it more eye catching. 

I just checked with the liquidator, the unit I'm buying has not been verified yet. How much does the owner need to pay? Obviously now that the owner is trying to dispose the property to me, I don't think he/she is willing to go through the hassle. Any ideas on how to go about this?

OK I got more details from the JMB. They said since this is subsale, when the lawyers of the sale handle this, the Liquidator will also require verification when their confirmation of the sale is obtained.

Don't think so lah boss, agent told me key handover provided no problems also about 9 months. Now still in drafting stage of S&P. 1% or 2% sup sup sui la as long as can get the title. Very sure once get the title, price will shoot up like rocket.

normally dun hv 14A & 4A, should be 13A & 3A. The purpose to put "A" is bcoz to remove the number of "4" wat

so thought take small road from bkt oug ......lead out to OUG then to MEX...

mana tau the road so sucky....ahahaha especially if got bus....stop there for few min....then die.....cause only 1 lane....

"Developing land near LRT stations

SYARIKAT Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) is looking at developing stations with land around it into a rail-plus-property model.
The first on the list is the Dang Wangi station on the Kelana Jaya line near Wisma Denmark.
Project development group director Zulkifli Mohd Yusoff, however, said the joint-venture project was still in the planning stage.

“Plans are already in the pipeline for such a project similar to the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) scheme in Hong Kong. The areas surrounding the station would be developed for both commercial and residential purposes,” he said during a media briefing on the latest development of the LRT Line Extension Project (LEP).

Zulkifli said the company was also looking for stations located along the new extension lines on the Ampang and Kelana Jaya lines.

“We are now paying more attention to stations especially in areas with high traffic such as Ara Damansara near the old airport road, Subang Jaya KTM station and Awan Besar along the Kesas Highway.

“These are areas we believe that have the potential for property development,” he added.

Meanwhile, Putra Heights residents will enjoy the best of both the Ampang and Kelana Jaya extension lines when it is completed in 2014 as a common station (Station 13) is located in the area.

Zulkifli said 20% of the work has already been completed on both the LRT Line Extension Project.

The Kelana Jaya line costing RM2.5bil is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2014 and the Ampang line costing RM2bil, two months earlier.

The LEP project commenced in 2010 and is part of a massive effort by the Government to transform the public transport services which includes the construction of the MyRapid Transit (MRT) and an integrated rail network."
