I heard from last meeting with ZR developer & contractor....B.oug residents request ZR to follow the law...working hours must 8-6 from monday to saturday, other than that no more work progress in the site.... otherwise they will direct complaint to DBKL and DBKL will issue stop work to ZR....i dun know this news is good from ZR or not.... tongue.gif

The "Missing Road" in progress....i think can be ready to use....somewhere around early of next year.....jz guess... brows.gif

To answer your question, better you visit to B.OUG.....u will more understanding of B.OUG and surrounding.

1) No. Actually first floor is consider 5th floor from the ground. There have 3 storey carpark and i storey shop lot. No one climb to 5th floor and make noise to you.

2) All blocks no in same level.

3) 14 blocks.

I saw "Seedz" Residence start to clear the "jungle", anyone got latest news?

LRT STN 2 look like start work soon, ai....pity to B.OUG sad.gif , everywhere facing dust attack.....

I jz saw repaint oni for the front block.....anyone know next step? Rainz still assist us to repaint the building?

nothing new lah....still clearing the slope.....when u receive notification first payment from bank...u know their start the work oledi.

The 5 storey shoplots locate in front the B.OUG Townhouse.....opposite the Nathan corner lah..... later u will c the shoplot F-T-F lawan each other....
the good thing for old shoplot is freehold title and new launch will be lease 99 yrs.

No contact lah....but talk to one owner b4....he's said dun want to sell...since he already paid off the loan.....
